With no knowledge or previous experiences in art, I Miss Lashae Whyte, a Bahamian national has traveled thousands of kilometers in hopes to change that.  I came to MTSU at the age of 17 not knowing anyone or anything about the art and design and facing the world alone. What I did know is that I was here to not only obtain a BFA in  Graphic Design but also to graduate in May 2022 with knowledge that will stick with me throughout my life. .  As an International student, with  no experience in the art world, every step or initiative I took was up to me! In just 3 years of coming to the United States of America, I have managed to gain an abundance of knowledge in the design world.
